Vintage Polka Dot Shirt Dress. This is a beautiful Shirt Day dress. The polka dots are stitched throughout the fabric. The buttons in the front are fully functional. The skirt is slightly pleated with a fully attached lining. There is a very small faint yellowing in the front of the dress. See picture. Belt not included.
