Vintage 1960's Bright yellow Coat Dress is a medium weight non-stretch 100% seersucker wool. There is lining in the skirt. The high waist and slight ballooned tapered skirt is a classic mod style from the 1960's. The front closure is hidden behind the covered fabric buttons. This dress is in OK vintage fabric, there are some flaws in the fabric, pin dot sized holes. See photos for reference.
