This is a gorgeous one of a kind maxi dress. Made in California by Miss Elliette. The halter-top buttons at the back of the neck. There is an attached bow at the bust. The skirt hangs straight with detailed ruffles at the bottom. The closure is a back invisible zipper. This dress has full lining. Although the lining has colored some of the bottom and side of the dress. See photos. Once on the body the discolouration is not noticeable.
